Job summary

Lavender, the leading nurse-founded online psychiatry practice, is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele-psychiatry visits for Massachusetts clients. Roles can be full-time, part-time, or contract, with 16 hours per week minimum and the flexibility to build your own schedule within operating hours 8 a.m.

to 8 p.m., seven days a week. This remote position offers a 1099 compensation model, collaborative mentorship, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Active Massachusetts Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License.
• ANCC Board Certification.
• 2+ years in adult mental health.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Must have own computer and a quiet, professional space for telepsychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy or a combination of both.
• Proactively follow up with clients at a minimum on a monthly basis to assess efficacy and ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved.
• Provide various modalities of talk therapy as part of combined medication and therapy appointments.
