Job summary

Lavender is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele-psychiatry for clients based in New Jersey. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with a flexible 1099 compensation model and remote work within the United States.

A minimum 16 hours per week commitment is required. Qualified candidates will hold an MSN, active New Jersey NP license, ANCC certification, and a DEA certificate, with 2+ years in adult mental health.

Qualifications

• MSN required and active New Jersey Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license.
• ANCC board certification required.
• DEA certification required.
• At least 2+ years of experience in adult mental health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy or a combination of both.
• Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly to assess efficacy and ongoing care toward treatment goals.
• Provide talk therapy using multiple modalities as part of care.
