Job summary

Lavender is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for tele-psychiatric visits focused on Delaware-based clients. Roles can be full-time or part-time or contract, with a flexible schedule from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, and a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.

You will work remotely with mentorship and training, participate in a supportive environment, and benefit from a 1099 compensation model designed for autonomy and collaboration with an expert team.

Qualifications

• MSN required and Delaware NP license active.
• ANCC Board Certification and DEA Certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy or a combination of both.
• Proactively follow up with clients at minimum on a monthly basis to assess efficacy and ongoing care until goals are achieved.
