Lavender is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Oregon. Roles can be part-time or full-time with a 1099 compensation model and flexible scheduling within 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., seven days a week.

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy or a combination of both.
• Proactively follow up with clients monthly to assess efficacy and ongoing care.
• Provide various modalities of talk therapy as part of treatment.
