Job summary

WellPsyche Medical Group is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for telepsychiatry roles in Oregon. The Independent Consultant will provide compassionate mental health care, assess patients, and develop treatment plans, while maintaining thorough documentation and coordinating referrals when needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed and certified in Oregon as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Support patients with compassionate care.
• Conduct assessments of patients' mental state.
• Develop treatment plans to help patients improve.
• Maintain accurate and prompt patient documentation.
• Refer patients for psychiatry services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with executive team to create positive patient experiences.
