Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the practicing state.
- Experience with AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
- Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
- Create and collaborate on comprehensive care plans with clients.
- Complete paperwork and assessment tools for clients.
- Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
- Consult with regional clinic directors on clients and services.
