Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide telemedicine psychiatry services in Idaho. This fee-for-service (W2) position targets adults and adolescents, with flexibility to 15–20 hours per week.

A Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority, board certification, and Idaho licensure are required. Candidates should be comfortable using AdvancedMD EMR and join a supportive, growth-focused team with remote scheduling and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with board certification to practice in Idaho.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in Idaho.
• Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
• 1 year of psychiatry practice required; 3 years preferred.
• Must be licensed and reside in the practicing state.
• Part-time requires 15–20 hours per week.
• Complete ADHD treatment training and exam during onboarding.
• No quotas for number of clients or prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments via ongoing telemedicine.
• Treat clients aged 14 and up as needed.
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as appropriate.
• Create and collaborate on individualized care plans.
• Complete and administer required paperwork and assessment tools.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' clinical guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on programs.
