Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Oregon to provide telemedicine care for adults and adolescents, with a future expansion across the lifespan. This Fee-for-Service W2 role offers 15–20 clinical hours per week and fully remote work.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP in the practicing state (Oregon).
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority.
• Board Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• At least 1 year of psychiatry practice; 3 years overall is a plus.
• Part-time requires 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Prescribe medications as needed to reduce symptoms.
• Create and collaborate on individualized care plans.
• Complete relevant paperwork and assessment tools.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff.
