Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver remote telemedicine psychiatric care for clients aged 14 and older in Illinois. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, prescribing medications as appropriate under the Thriveworks guidelines.

The role requires PMHNP board certification, a Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority, and licensure in the practicing state. Flexible, fully remote scheduling supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state of practice.
• Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
• Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year in psychiatry required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Treat patients aged 14 and up as needed.
• Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms.
• Develop and update collaborative care plans with clients.
• Complete and administer required paperwork and assessment tools.
• Follow Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines and consult with regional staff.
