Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in California for a fully remote, fee-for-service W2 role. Compensation ranges from $171,000 to $246,000 annually based on 25–35 clinical hours per week.

You will assess and treat clients ages 12 and up via telemedicine, prescribe meds as needed, and develop care plans while adhering to ADHD treatment standards and Thriveworks guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master’s in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.
• One year of psychiatry practice is required; three years is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via ongoing telemedicine.
• Willingness to treat clients aged 12 and up.
• Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
• Complete and administer paperwork and assessment tools.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff.
