Job summary

Thriveworks is currently seeking Psych NP telehealth clinicians in DC for evening and weekend sessions. This W2 role offers a compensation range of $71,000–$102,000 per year based on 15–20 clinical hours per week and requires DC licensure with PMHNP board certification.

Clinicians will assess and treat diverse patients (adults and adolescents, 14+), prescribe as needed, and follow ADHD treatment guidelines with in-house training. Fully remote with stable, bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in DC.
• Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
• 1 year psychiatry practice required; 3 years experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up.
• Prescribe medication as needed to reduce symptoms.
• Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
• Complete and administer paperwork and assessment tools.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services.
