Job summary

LegalShield is seeking a Provider Success Manager to support our network of law firms by monitoring SLAs, coaching attorneys, and driving performance improvements. This role operates with a high degree of independence and serves as the primary liaison between LegalShield and assigned firms to ensure quality and member satisfaction.

You will train on best practices and technology, monitor firm performance, resolve member issues, and support business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
• 1 year of experience managing third party teams, such as contact center vendors or third party partners.
• Strong negotiation and management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Operations).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance related to vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Monitor SLA adherence and optimize provider firm interactions with members.
• Coach attorneys and monitor performance improvements.
• Liaise between LegalShield and assigned law firms to align with business goals.
• Train on best practices and technology used by the firm network.
• Resolve member issues and support business development initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory and contract compliance across provider relationships.
