Acentra Health is seeking a Provider Relations Professional, Mid, to serve as a key liaison between our clients and the provider network. You will foster strong relationships, support care coordination, and ensure timely documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The role is remote within California with a valid driver’s license and travel to various locations, with travel expenses covered by the company. Join a team focused on delivering value through technology and clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 9+ years of relevant healthcare outreach experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in provider outreach or provider relations.
• Experience handling high-volume calls.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
• Must reside in California and be willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and engagement initiatives within the provider network.
• Maintain provider communication through meetings, calls, and email.
• Ensure adequate network coverage to support Care Coordination and referrals.
• Respond to inquiries and provide regular reporting to teams.
• Represent Acentra Health professionally in all provider interactions.
• Document provider interactions accurately according to procedures.
• Assist providers by addressing routine questions and verifying FFS status.
• Comply with HIPAA and other corporate policies.
• Read and adhere to all corporate policies including HIPAA.
