Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year experience in provider relations.
• 1+ year experience in customer service or healthcare.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to access multiple web applications.
• Ability to maintain PHI security and work from a designated quiet workspace at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and orientation to new providers.
• Participate in compliance initiatives and provider education programs.
• Communicate provider needs to internal stakeholders to drive solutions.
• Develop resources to assist providers (web-based training, FAQs).
• Collaborate to identify root causes of issues and implement provider solutions.
• Analyze provider data to inform improvements and recruitments.
