UnitedHealth Group is seeking a National Provider Relations Advocate to manage provider relations, training, and education for a nationwide remote team. The role emphasizes improving provider experiences, coordinating with internal partners, and driving network adequacy and performance metrics.

The position offers a 40-hour work week with Monday–Friday shifts; travel to sites is minimal (10% within 50–100 miles). Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years of provider relations experience.
• 1+ years of customer service or healthcare experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Access to a designated quiet workspace with PHI security.
• Reliable high-speed home internet connection.

Responsabilités

• Onboard and orient new providers; ensure online training and processes for network participation.
• Advocate providers' needs to internal stakeholders to drive solutions.
• Educate providers on policies, tools, and programs applicable to care delivery.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
