Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in SNF/LTC or post-acute care.
• 1+ year supporting provider operations, billing, admissions, or related functions.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts SCO and Medicare/MassHealth coordination.
• Experience collaborating with facility leadership and billing teams.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource to skilled nursing facilities and long-term care providers to navigate claims, billing, authorization, and operational processes.
• Understand day-to-day needs of nursing facilities and support issue resolution and provider education initiatives.
• Build provider relationships while supporting provider relations, network operations, and care coordination.
