Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to written and telephone inquiries from providers regarding records and network agreements.
• Answers provider questions, including specialty agreements and W-9 information.
• Establishes EFT records when appropriate.
• Maintains departmental records and files, including credentialing and provider updates.
• Researches inquiries using provider records, NPF, and other resources.
• Processes claims assigned to the Provider Records worklist.
