Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana is seeking a Provider Records Advisor to work remotely while residing in Michigan for occasional team meetings and training in Okemos. The role focuses on handling provider records, credentialing data, and inquiries with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely processing.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, two years of office experience, and proven typing/data-entry speeds.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of office experience.
• Data entry test: 5,500 keystrokes per hour at 95% accuracy.
• Typing test: 40 WPM at 90% accuracy.
• Must be able to start at 7:30 a.m. or work until 5:00 p.m. on a rotating basis.

Mansioni

• Responds to written and telephone inquiries from providers regarding their records and network agreements.
• Establishes and maintains departmental records and files, including initial credentialing and provider updates.
• Researches and resolves inquiries by accessing the provider, National Provider File (NPF), and other resources.
• Processes claims assigned to the Provider Records worklist.
• Operates office equipment such as PC, photocopier, scanner, calculator, and fax.
