Unknown is seeking a Provider Program Manager - APM to oversee provider-focused programs tied to value-based care, education, and credentialing. The role collaborates with C-Suite executives, vendors, and internal teams to ensure programs meet contract requirements and are tracked effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years managing projects or programs at an enterprise level, including 5+ years in healthcare and value-based care.
• Demonstrated success implementing value-based care, provider education, or credentialing programs.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills to lead diverse teams.
• Experience managing vendor and partnership relationships.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement assigned programs to meet contract requirements in value-based care, education, or credentialing
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including C-Suite executives
• Assist in developing healthcare economics models for evaluating value-based care scenarios
• Monitor industry trends and government programs related to value-based care
• Identify and report potential risks to leadership regarding value-based care programs
• Lead project definition, planning, execution, tracking, and communication
• Analyze data for reporting and follow-up action plans
