Job summary

TriWest Healthcare Alliance is seeking a seasoned Provider Program Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of programs within provider services. You will collaborate with C-Suite executives and stakeholders to ensure enterprise-wide initiatives are defined, planned, tracked, and communicated effectively.

This role focuses on value-based care, provider education or credentialing and requires DoD background clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; U.S. citizenship.
• 7+ years of enterprise project/program management; 5+ years in healthcare.
• Experience in value-based care or provider credentialing/education.
• Strong verbal/written communication; ability to lead diverse teams.
• Experience managing vendor/partnership relationships; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement programs meeting contract requirements.
• Collaborate with C-Suite and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
• Lead value-based care, provider education or credentialing initiatives.
• Monitor trends, assess risks, and report to leadership.
• Develop project methodologies, processes, tools, and standards with enterprise QPI team.
• Build schedules, tracking templates, and action plans; ensure transparent communication.
