Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a Program Manager I to lead cross‑functional initiatives and support providers and vendors. This role focuses on data management, regulatory reporting, and program operations with an emphasis on cost, risk, and change management.

You will interact with internal and external leadership, analyze data, and recommend process improvements. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills and offers opportunities to influence program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience with policy, analytics and cross‑functional coordination.
• Ability to present findings and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing program operations with cross‑functional teams and vendors.
• Perform policy and impact analyses and present findings and options.
• Lead or support projects and initiatives through planning and implementation.
• Facilitate regular cross‑functional meetings with clear agendas and follow‑ups.
• Handle other duties and projects as assigned.
