Job summary

Optum is hiring to support provider networks and help improve care coordination. The role focuses on customer service, provider onboarding, and building strong relationships with health plans and practice managers.

You will contribute to outbound data collection and reporting while working remotely across the United States. Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm local time, with pay based on local markets and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or provider support recommended.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Word expected.
• Telecommuter policy adherence for remote workers preferred.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word) useful for data tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end provider onboarding and improve call quality.
• Design and implement programs that strengthen relationships between health plan, providers and managers.
• Support development and management of provider networks.
• Help implement training and education programs for external providers.
• Identify gaps in network services to assist contracting and development teams.
