Job summary

Pacific Medical Centers Corp. is seeking a Provider Network Operations Senior Manager to lead recruitment, contracting, onboarding and the ongoing provider relations and credentialing across multiple states within the USFHP network.

You will serve as a liaison to internal and external medical groups and ministry partners, streamline workflows, and maintain tracking systems for data-driven leadership reports, staffing projections and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of high level admin/program coordination experience, preferably healthcare.
• 4 years leadership experience.
• 2 years direct supervisory experience.
• Track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated change agent with improvements to teams and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, contracting, onboarding and ongoing provider relations and credentialing for USFHP across multiple states.
• Act as liaison for network providers and manage relationships with internal/external regional partners.
• Streamline workflows and create consistent interactions with partners.
• Create, administer and maintain tracking systems and analyze data for leadership reports, staffing projections and timelines.
• Promote PacMed mission and values in all activities.
