Qualifications

• 5+ years in health care with claims/provider network operations or related areas.
• Experience with medical terminology and CPT/ICD codes.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversees provider network administration (PNA) activities including updating provider information in systems and reporting.
• Oversees provider network data review/analytics/reporting to ensure information accuracy.
• Maintains SOPs and procedures for provider demographics and related processes.
• Leads staff hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
