Job summary

Health Federation of Philadelphia is seeking a fully remote Provider in Residence to advise on strategy and program development for HBCC providers nationwide. You will help deepen provider engagement, co-lead initiatives, and serve as an ambassador for Home Grown’s mission.

Qualifications

• Experience as a home-based child care provider (5+ years).
• Knowledge of state and federal child care policy recommended.
• Ability to facilitate groups and work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Elevate provider voice through focus groups and peer facilitation.
• Deepen relationships with providers nationwide via meetings and conversations.
• Identify and inform new partnership opportunities between provider networks and Home Grown.
• Coordinate communications and handoffs between providers and programs.
• Contribute to program development and policy strategy from a provider perspective.
