Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of customer service experience solving customer concerns.
• Experience with Windows PC applications and learning new systems.
• Role involves 50-70 calls/chats daily with focus during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advocate for providers and resolve issues with ownership.
• Support providers via calls, dual chats, and email as required.
• Triages contacts from healthcare professionals and clinics.
• Identify provider needs and explain benefits, eligibility, and payments.
• Research complex prior authorization and claim issues to resolve.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues promptly.
• Navigate 30+ systems to gather information for resolution and improve efficiency.
