Health Federation of Philadelphia, a fiscal sponsor of Home Grown, seeks a Provider in Residence to advise on strategy, deepen provider engagement, co-lead initiatives, and serve as an ambassador for the mission. This fully remote, national role centers on equity and provider perspectives.

You will elevate provider voice, collaborate on program development, monitor trends, and translate lived experiences into policy recommendations influencing Home Grown nationwide.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a home-based child care provider (FCC, license-exempt, or Family, Friend, and Neighbor).
• Experience in provider leadership, network building, and movement building.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate across teams to support HBCC providers.

Responsabilités

• Elevate provider voice, convene focus groups, facilitate provider-led narratives, and co-design initiatives.
• Deepen relationships with providers nationwide via one-on-one conversations and meetings.
• Identify new partnership opportunities between provider-led networks and Home Grown; ensure timely communications.
• Collaborate across teams to develop programs, strategies, and resources for HBCC providers.
• Monitor trends and leverage data to drive program enhancements and decision making.
• Serve as an ambassador of Home Grown, including public speaking and media appearances.
