Job summary

Wonderschool is seeking a provider growth and success manager to support Ohio childcare providers from onboarding through growth. The role combines coaching, licensing guidance, product adoption, and local marketing support, with regular field visits and travel.

You will guide providers on pricing, budgeting, operations, enrollment, and marketing, while partnering with Wonderschool’s internal teams to share insights and improve the platform. Remote work is available nationwide for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or provider coaching.
• Experience with field visits and remote coaching.
• Familiarity with licensing and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide providers through onboarding, licensing, compliance, and ongoing business growth.
• Coach providers on pricing, budgeting, operations, enrollment, and marketing.
• Conduct field visits and training, and share feedback with internal teams.
• Build trust-based relationships through coaching and proactive outreach.
• Support enrollment growth and revenue stability.
