Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain accurate provider data.
• Complete enrollment and revalidation applications.
• Enter data in Cactus and related systems.
• Handle I&A and NPPES/PECOS enrollments.
• Support CHAMPS and OOS Medicaid enrollments.
• Protect PHI and follow SOPs.
