EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Provider Enrollment Specialist to manage provider data management and credentialing across a national network. The role focuses on enrolling providers with payers, maintaining CAQH/NPPES data, and supporting leadership with enrollment updates and issues.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience, excels at communication, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Remote work is supported; some travel to locations may be required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years related experience or training.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; comfortable with data entry.

Mansioni

• Enroll providers with payers by providing information to payers.
• Complete required documentation and applications for credentialing and recredentialing.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal office and provider requests.
• Maintain a database for provider credentialing and update systems as needed.
• Keep CAQH updated with accurate information.
• Keep NPPES updated with accurate information.
• Maintain contact with insurance payer representatives.
• Communicate enrollment updates and issues to leadership.
• Follow up with payers on outstanding enrollments weekly.
• Maintain all demographic changes for all providers.
• Maintain hospital appointments and re-appointments.
• Renew provider expirables (licenses, DEAs, board certs, malpractice).
