Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience navigating enrollment portals and payer systems preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to use current technology.
• Ability to work remotely efficiently using Teams, Zoom, Cisco Jabber, and Desktop Fax Server.
• Strong dedication to customer service and working in a team-focused environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to High Reliability Organization principles (Know Why and Comply).

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain current and accurate data for all providers per procedures.
• Complete provider enrollment and revalidation applications; monitor and follow-up as needed.
• Cactus data entry of enrollment items for new hires.
• Process NPPES, PECOS, and CHAMPS enrollments and changes for providers.
• Process CHAMPS domain enrollment for PSA entities when needed.
• Handle OOS Medicaid enrollments and revalidations where established.
• Escalate issues to the manager as appropriate.
• Follow SOPs and protect PHI when communicating with payers.
• Contribute to department improvements using automation and technology.
