Job summary

Herself Health seeks a Provider Educator (Foreign Medical Graduate) to support clinicians in documentation and coding across remote settings, with periodic travel to Minnesota as needed. You will analyze patient records, identify documentation gaps, and provide targeted education to improve accuracy.

Responsibilities include pre-visit chart reviews, post-visit validations, CDI audits, and developing clinician education materials that align with ICD-10-CM and CMS risk-adjustment requirements.

Qualifications

• Foreign Medical Graduate or active RN license as permitted.
• CRC certification within six months of hire or already obtained.
• Ability to review medical records and provide clear, clinically relevant feedback.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel to clinic locations and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver education to clinicians on documentation and coding concepts.
• Review pre- and post-visit charts to identify documentation gaps and opportunities.
• Conduct monthly CDI audits and education trend analyses.
• Collaborate with coding and clinical teams to ensure consistent education.
