Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; in lieu of degree, six additional years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to assess risk, prioritize activities, and make data-driven decisions with stakeholder input.
• Experience with project design, metrics, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervises technical and analytical work of the Provider File Management staff.
• Coordinates prioritization and scheduling of work assignments and projects.
• Leads analyses to drive process improvement strategies.
• Represents PNE in Azure DevOps and MOB prioritization teams; guides critical work prioritization.
• Analyzes errors/trends and resolves provider affiliation issues as needed.
• Acts as a SME for provider data management requirements.
• Prepares reports and business documents.
• Ensures projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Identifies quality monitoring tools and drives process improvements.
• Interfaces with IT to implement new technology.
