Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related, or six additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience managing people/projects.
• Ability to assess risk, prioritize activities, analyze complex issues and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Directs the team responsible for maintaining provider file integrity and quality.
• Oversees training, coordination of departmental workflows, and prioritization of assignments.
• Interacts with external customers and cross-divisional teams to communicate requirements.
• Leads Provider File Management team to deliver quality work within time and budget.
• Represents PFM in Azure DevOps request prioritization and MOB work; justifies critical tasks.
