Job summary

Univera Healthcare seeks a seasoned Supervisor for the Provider File Management (PFM) team to ensure data integrity and timely delivery within budget. You will coordinate workflows, train staff, and communicate requirements across cross-divisional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and data-analysis skills, with exposure to Azure DevOps and governance processes. Remote work may be considered case-by-case, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or six years of additional relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises PFM staff and coordinates day-to-day operations.
• Prioritizes and schedules provider file activities within budget and deadlines.
• Drives process improvement initiatives and analyzes data to identify trends.
• Represents PNE in Azure DevOps prioritization and MOB work.
