Job summary

Capital District Physicians' Health Plan Inc. seeks a Supervisor to lead the Provider File Management (PFM) team in ensuring data integrity and timely delivery. You will coordinate workflows, train staff, and collaborate with cross-divisional teams to meet quality standards within budget.

You will drive data quality initiatives, analyze trends, and coordinate with IT for new technology. Strong leadership, project management, and communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience with at least 1 in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related; or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of health plan operations, provider databases, and governance processes.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs the PFM team to ensure quality delivery within time and budget constraints.
• Oversees training, workflows, prioritization, and interactions with external customers.
• Leads analyses to drive process improvements and data quality initiatives.
• Represents PNE in Azure DevOps request prioritization and MOB work.
• Resolves provider affiliation issues and serves as SME for provider data management.
