Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience with 1 in a defined project lead or leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or related; or six additional years of experience.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience managing people and/or projects.
• Ability to assess risk, prioritize activities and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with project design, metrics and governance processes.
• Knowledge of Health Plan operations, contract benefits, and provider databases.
• Experience with structured systems analysis and data management.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises technical and analytical work of PFM staff, interviews, selects and trains staff.
• Coordinates prioritization and scheduling of provider file work and day-to-day operations.
• Leads analyses to drive process improvement strategies.
• Represents PNE in Azure DevOps and MOB prioritization teams with guidance on critical work.
• Analyzes and resolves errors, troubleshoots provider affiliation issues.
• Acts as SME for provider data management requirements.
• Prepares reports and detailed business documents.
• Ensures projects meet time, cost and quality parameters.
• Identifies quality monitoring tools and processes.
• Drives cross-stakeholder collaboration and knowledge sharing.
