Centene Corporation seeks a Provider Data Management Associate to enroll providers, update directory and claims data, and resolve system issues through research and quality checks. The role emphasizes accuracy and timely data maintenance within Centene's provider networks.

Associate’s degree or equivalent with 1+ year of data entry or analytics in healthcare is preferred; Excel data analysis experience is a plus. This is a 100% remote, full-time position with competitive benefits and pay ranges.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma/equivalent with 1+ years of data entry, analysis or customer service experience
• Healthcare operations experience (claims processing, provider relations, contracting, or credentialing) is preferred
• Experience performing data analysis in Excel or similar tools is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Enroll providers and practitioners into the provider data management system
• Update provider and practitioner with claims payment and directory information
• Research, review, and update data within the provider data management system per provider requests
• Perform quality service checks on systemic data, including claims processing and provider directory information
• Research and resolve problems as necessary
