Job summary

This field-based role targets the New York City area and requires authorization to work in the U.S. You will interpret reports, lead discussions on quality, utilization and cost/risk improvements, collaborate with the quality team, and develop proficiency in value-based tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of combined managed healthcare and provider reimbursement experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret performance data, prioritizing insights and developing discussion and presentation documents.
• Facilitate provider discussions regarding quality, utilization, cost or risk performance improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with health plan quality counterparts to ensure coordinated communication and goal alignment.
• Develop proficiency in tools and value based performance (VBP) and educate providers on data interpretation.
• Present detailed HBR analysis and create reports for Joint Operating Committee meetings.
