Privia Health is seeking a Provider Credentialing Onboarding Specialist to support end-to-end credentialing and payer enrollment for new healthcare providers. You will gather required documents, verify profiles, and coordinate with Operations, Implementation, Credentialing, and Enrollment teams to ensure timely provider start dates.

The role emphasizes high-touch onboarding, accurate data entry, and proactive communication with providers and practice managers.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of healthcare administration, medical staff services, or provider enrollment/credentialing.
• 1+ years of provider-facing customer service experience.
• Fundamental understanding of CAQH, provider licensure, and general enrollment documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred.
• Salesforce or similiar CRM experience.
• Verity Credential Stream experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as an accessible, supportive point of contact for onboarding providers, guiding them through paperwork and baseline expectations.
• Deliver responsive, polite, and detail-oriented customer service to ensure providers feel supported and informed.
• Maintain ongoing tracking records and communicate routine status updates to providers and teams.
• Escalate complex issues, missing documentation, or timeline delays to team leads or managers.
• Request, collect, and verify foundational documents from providers (licenses, DEA certificates, diplomas, malpractice insurance, references).
• Review credentialing and enrollment applications, CAQH profiles, and packages for completeness and readiness.
• Create and update provider profiles in internal databases with high accuracy and compliance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to transfer verified provider information efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
