Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration or provider credentialing.
• 1+ years of provider-facing customer service experience.
• Knowledge of CAQH, provider licensure, and enrollment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide providers through required paperwork and serve as an accessible point of contact.
• Request and verify foundational documents such as licenses, DEA certificates, and malpractice insurance.
• Review and prepare applications, CAQH profiles, and supporting packages for processing.
