Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration or provider credentialing.
• 1+ years of provider-facing customer service experience.
• Knowledge of CAQH, provider licensure, and enrollment documentation.

• Ensure a smooth, high-touch onboarding experience for new healthcare providers.
• Act as a responsive coordinator for credentialing and payer enrollment processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide providers through required paperwork and serve as an accessible point of contact.

• Review and prepare applications, CAQH profiles, and supporting packages for processing.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration or provider credentialing.
• 1+ years of provider-facing customer service experience.
• Knowledge of CAQH, provider licensure, and enrollment documentation.
• Salary range of $63,000-$67,000 plus annual bonus targeted at 10%.
