Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in marketing, communications, proposal development or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, presentations or other deadline-driven materials.
• Strong business writing, editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize complex information, manage multiple deadlines and coordinate input from multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the proposal and qualification response process from initial request through final submission, including RFPs and RFQs.
• Collaborate with project pursuit team to draft, edit and assemble persuasive proposal content.
• Maintain and improve proposal resources, including profiles, boilerplate content, references and assets.
• Support interview and presentation preparation for shortlisted pursuits and client-facing opportunities.
• Develop presentation structure, messaging, visuals and supporting content with business development and project teams.
• Ensure presentations reinforce proposal strategy, brand and differentiators.
• Own day-to-day marketing administration and asset libraries.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders; manage deadlines and priorities.
• Support external communications, events and company communications.
