CACTUS Communications Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to join our Presales team in a remote-first role. We require 2–3 years of experience in creating proposals, pitch decks, tender responses, and quotations, along with strong writing and stakeholder communication capabilities.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and technical teams to craft persuasive materials, ensure compliance, and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines while supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in proposal writing, pitch decks, tenders and quotations.
• Ability to tailor content to different stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments and clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and proposal management tools.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all proposal materials.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit compelling business proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, and quotations.
• Analyse tender documents to ensure client specifications compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and technical teams to gather information.
• Ensure proposals are structured, persuasive, and designed to win opportunities.
• Conduct research on industry trends and market insights to strengthen strategies.
• Maintain a database of templates, case studies, and references for efficiency.
• Proofread and edit proposals for high-quality messaging.
• Manage multiple proposal projects with tight deadlines.
