Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the RFP process to renew contracts and pursue new business aligned with HSAG's initiatives.
• Ensure all milestones and timelines are met; ensure responses are compliant and timely.
• Analyze RFPs for requirements.
• Develop timelines and templates for proposal responses.
• Coordinate writing, editing, and review with writers and SMEs.
• Conduct compliance reviews to ensure consistency and meet RFP requirements.
• Write and edit transmittal letters, executive summaries, corporate background, and bios.
• Prepare reference documents and compile all proposal materials for submission.
• Conduct final editorial review and formatting before submission.
• Identify RFPs aligned with HSAG's lines of business and summarize opportunities.
• Represent HSAG in a professional manner at all times.
