Job summary

Nashville Public Radio is seeking a Proposal Specialist to own the full RFX/proposal process and serve as the primary writer. This role requires a writer with brand fluency and strategic thinking, collaborating with BD, CRDs, SMEs, and others to craft compelling responses.

The candidate will manage timelines, ensure accuracy, and maintain brand consistency while contributing to marketing content during lighter periods. Remote options available for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in proposal writing (preferred in global mobility).
• College degree in marketing or communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full RFX/proposal process from intake through submission.
• Serve as the primary proposal writer for the organization.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal responses ensuring clarity and alignment with branding.
• Maintain brand standards across all proposal materials.
• Create brand-compliant supporting materials and presentations.
• Track proposal metrics and report on performance.
