Job summary

CAI is seeking a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern to support the development of technical solutions and proposal narratives for new business opportunities. This full‑time internship is remote and runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, requiring 40 hours per week and availability during core hours (8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Current junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical‑focused major with a minor in English, Journalism, or a related field
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
• Strong writing skills with an interest in developing technical narratives
• Business‑focused mindset with a solid understanding of technical concepts
• Interest in sales solutions and business development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and preparation of technical solutions and proposal documents for new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information necessary for proposal creation
• Support the creation of compelling technical narratives that effectively communicate the value of our solutions
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform proposal strategies
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of proposal materials and documentation
