Job Description

We are looking for a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern . This role is a full‑time internship and is remote . The internship dates are June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027 . As a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern, you will assist with the development of technical solutions and proposal narratives for new business opportunities while working closely with sales and technical teams.

This internship is a full‑time opportunity requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week . Candidates must be available during core business hours (8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST) for the entire 9‑week duration of the program. Please note that all work must be performed within the United States. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered

What You'll Do
  • Assist in the development and preparation of technical solutions and proposal documents for new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information necessary for proposal creation

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Current Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical‑focused major with a minor in English, Journalism, or a related field

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
