Zusammenfassung

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to develop timely, high-quality government proposals and manage the end-to-end process. You will draft sections, coordinate with Managers & Business Development, ensure compliance, and edit documents to Cayuse standards.

The role requires experience with federal solicitations (RFP/RFQ, Sources Sought, RFI) and a strong ability to navigate procurement websites, with remote work options available.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year degree with 3 years of proposal/technical writing experience
• Two-year Associate degree or 7+ years in business/government environments
• Prior Federal Government proposal experience required
• Advanced to Expert in Shipley or equivalent proposal processes and compliance
• Experience reading RFPs/RFQs/Sources Sought/RFI
• Background check may be required by projects/clients

Aufgaben

• Create the layout, formatting, and design of proposals in compliance with government requirements.
• Draft proposal sections such as introduction, overview, and project approach.
• Manage the entire proposal process including capture, bid/no-bid, compliance matrices, reviews, and final production.
• Synthesize materials into client-ready packages.
• Navigate government procurement websites to identify opportunities and evaluate bids.
• Coordinate with subcontracts, primes, and government stakeholders to gather data.
• Format documents into cohesive proposals aligned with templates and guidelines.
• Provide weekly status reports to executives and management.
