Qualifications

• Two+ years in competitive proposal development.
• Familiar with Shipley or equivalent structured process with color team reviews.
• Experience across planning, contributor coordination, reviews, production, submission.
• Coordinate deadline-driven activities with multiple contributors.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and document quality control.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain proposal schedules, milestones, assignments, compliance matrices, and production plans.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, working sessions, reviews, and status meetings.
• Facilitate meetings with clear expectations and track actions and deadlines.
• Monitor progress, follow up on commitments, and flag risks.
• Manage final proposal assembly, QA, production, and submission readiness.
• Ensure document configuration control and compliant submissions.
